Modern Karmavore Return Policy?
The Return Policy of modernkarmavore.com is as follows:
Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase. For a change in size, an email should be sent to support@karmavorebrand.com with the order number and the new size. The correct size will be sent once the original item(s) is received. Please note that the merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. There is a $5 per item charge to complete the exchange which covers the cost of shipping the new item(s).
In case of receiving the wrong item or a defective item, a photo of the item along with the order number should be sent to support@karmavorebrand.com. If the item is clearly defective from the photo, it will be replaced free of charge.
Ineligible returns and exchanges include items that have been worn or washed, altered in any way, do not have the original tags on them, e-gift cards, and final sale items.
If a refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment. Please note that the postage required to return items is not reimbursed and there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to returned orders which will be deducted from the refund.
Any carrier related delays are out of control and refunds for any orders that are delayed due to the carrier are not offered. If the order is experiencing a longer than usual delivery time, an email should be sent to support@karmavorebrand.com.
Cancellations or changes to the order after the original order has been placed cannot be guaranteed. If a cancellation or change is needed, an email should be sent to support@karmavorebrand.com.
